Notcho

Terms of Service

Last updated October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Cloudana (“we”, “us”), which makes Notcho. By starting a trial, subscribing, or using Notcho you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

1. What Notcho is

Notcho gives you an AI agent with a private cloud computer of its own (“his computer”), plus apps that show him on your screen and let you give him tasks. The agent is Claude Code by Anthropic, running on his computer under your own Claude account. Notcho does not include a Claude subscription: you need your own Claude Pro or Max plan, and your use of Claude is also governed by Anthropic’s terms and usage limits.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your paired devices and pairing codes to yourself: anyone using a paired device can direct your agent. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

3. Free trial, billing and renewal

4. His computer and your data

Each subscription gets its own computer. What you or the agent store on it is yours. We keep it running (it sleeps when idle) while your subscription is active. When your subscription ends, his computer is stopped and then permanently deleted 14 days later, with everything on it. Download anything you want to keep before then.

5. You are responsible for what you ask him to do

The agent acts on your instructions, on websites and services you direct him to, often with accounts you sign in to. You are responsible for those instructions and their results, and for following the terms of the websites and services he uses for you. AI agents make mistakes: review important results, and don’t rely on him for decisions where an error could cause serious harm. He pauses for sign-ins and similar steps, but you should not give him access to anything you aren’t comfortable with him using.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Notcho to: break the law; infringe others’ rights; send spam or bulk unsolicited messages; harass or harm anyone; access systems or data without authorisation; get around security, rate limits or paywalls; create accounts in bulk or impersonate others; mine cryptocurrency or run unrelated heavy workloads; host or distribute malware or illegal content; or resell or share the service. We may suspend or end service for violations, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Notcho available and to improve it, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. His computer sleeps when idle and wakes when needed. We may update the software on his computer and in the apps.

8. Disclaimers

Notcho is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Claude and Claude Code are provided by Anthropic; we are not responsible for them. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cloudana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to Notcho is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling. We may end your subscription with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious violations of these terms; if we end it without cause, we refund any unused prepaid time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll email you at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use Notcho after that means you accept them.
