Questions people ask first
Do I need a Claude subscription?
Yes: Claude Pro or Max from Anthropic. Notcho runs Claude Code on his computer with your own account, so his work counts toward your Claude plan’s usage, and there’s nothing extra to pay for AI. You sign in on Anthropic’s own page; we never see your password.
Does he control my PC?
No. He only ever uses his own cloud computer. Your PC shows the notch, his screen when you ask for it, and the files he sends you.
What can he do?
Most things you’d do in a browser or on a desktop: research and compare, fill in forms, collect information into a spreadsheet, write and format documents, download and convert files, keep an eye on a page. When a step needs you, like a sign-in or a payment confirmation, he stops and asks.
Is it private?
Each customer gets a separate computer that only their paired devices can reach. Logins you give him stay on his computer. We don’t look at its contents. See the Privacy Policy for the details.
How does the free trial work?
Your first 7 days are free. We ask for a card at checkout; if you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Otherwise it’s $14.99 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
His computer stops at the end of your billing period (or right away, if you cancel during the trial). We keep it for 14 days in case you change your mind, then delete it with everything on it.

Windows 10 and 11 today. A Mac app is next.
How fast is he?
His computer sleeps when idle and wakes in about ten seconds. After that he works as fast as Claude does, usually seconds to a few minutes per task.
