Free trial, cancelling and refunds

The free trial

Every new subscription starts with 7 days free. We ask for a card at checkout so your service continues without interruption. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you are not charged anything.

After the trial

Your subscription costs $14.99 per month (plus any applicable taxes) and renews automatically each month. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge.

Cancelling

Go to your account page and choose Manage billing, then cancel. It takes two clicks. You keep Notcho until the end of the period you’ve paid for. His computer is then stopped and deleted 14 days later.

Refunds

If you were charged and didn’t mean to be, for example because you forgot to cancel your trial, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we’ll refund it. We don’t otherwise refund partial months. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Your Claude plan

Your Claude Pro or Max subscription is with Anthropic and billed by Anthropic. Cancelling Notcho doesn’t change it, and we can’t refund it.
